I like the color combination of black and yellow. but the logo is too busy for me. I like the O in spotlight, but I the name of the website is Spotlight food, so both words are equally important, and I don't get that from your submission. I like this as a starting point, but give the two words equal importance. I do not mind sacrificing the slogan in order to make the logo better.
