Hello designers!

I just want to thank everyone in advance for participating in this contest.

I will try my best to comment on all of the submissions.Can't wait to see everyone's designs and work towards creating the perfect logo!

What a great start! I really like all of the submissions so far, and I will comment on each individually.

One comment for everyone is to please expand beyond the colors orange and green. I would like to see lots of color combinations, I am not partial to any colors in particular.

Please, please, please I would like to see other colors than orange and green! I like red, orange, blue, yellow, even black. Please expand beyond orange and green.

I have commented on everyone's entries so far.

A couple of things overall:

1. I am not opposed to having a logo without the slogan (shining a light on what we eat) if the slogan is interfering with the creation of a clean, simple logo. Please feel free to create some designs without the slogan, as well as with, as I think some of the designs so far work with the slogan incorporated.

2. It seems to me that a lot of the fonts used are very similar, I would like to see some different, unique font choices.

3. The color blue has been removed from my list of color choices. I do not like this color as it pertains to my idea.

One comment I can make to everyone is to please avoid the color purple, I have also decided that I am not interested in having this color in my logo.
