Thank you for submitting #292, but the pictorial is to pyramid like. The lines crossing through the pictorial give it a tiered look that accentuates that visual.

#301 : The concept behind the design is to include spear keeping all the heads sharpened
As you can see the center part forming the spear !

#294 to closely resembles some of our education client's logos, so we will have to pass. #301 makes the word SPEARHEAD look like two separate words or having an extra "A".

Sure will update it.
