I like your design. But a few suggestions:

Colors: I like colors that pop. I am looking for something a little brighter.

Font: the font is good here.

Design: The scales should be even representing justice.

I like the font style. I like the different sizes of font. I like the characters, they look very "olympic". The scales are a good touch too. The blue is catchy, but the yellow seems a little weak and should be a more crisp yellow. It's tough to say what hue of yellow until it has been changed. I think you will know it when you see it. The scales need to be even so that "justice is served" for everyone. Can you change the "Let us do the arguing" to "Dedication Commitment Experience"? And I'd like to see the "S" and the "A" on the first line of text the same size font as the remainder of the line.
