I don't care for this font -- looking for something less formal/measured/perfect and more quirky/handwriting-y but neat and legible. Your other designs are lovely, but #7 is just the best.

I referenced a couple of fonts, in the brief, bu others that are of a similar style are great, as well -- this one just isn't *quite* right. Thank you for your help!

I like the ornamentation in #14, but not the gradient background or the font.

The lace/doily background in #11 & #12 is too complicated, so I'd like to stick with the letterpress aesthetic.

Thank you!

#14, I would be interested in seeing with "Something New" on one line, together, and "Entertainment" below it with all words within the frame... and a different font, without the gradient.

I really love what you've done, here! So many of these ideas are great, but I'm going to focus in on just the ones that are the BEST. Thank you, again, for all your contributions!

Here's some more specific feedback -- a lot of these are similar, so I'm going to look at them in groups:

Group 1 -- #20, #21, #22:
I prefer the "fatter" format in #21 & #22, versus the "thinner" #20.
You've got several different color variations, here. I'd be interested in seeing some other variations, if you're willing:
1.) in monochromatic blue and white only with white lettering framed by blue on "Something New" and blue lettering surrounded by a white banner on "Entertainment" -- sort of like a "stamp" look.
2.) with the birds in blue, the background scrolls/frame in blue, "Something New" in brown surrounded by white, and "Entertainment" in white on a blue banner.
3.) Some version with any colors using Feel script.
Note about Feel Script -- there's an option for an S with a bit more of a crook, rather than the cursive version within the truetype menu, and I like that S better -- not an emergency, we can look at this, later, too.

#24 -- Love it! Can I see it in Feel Script, too?

THANK YOU!!!

Interested in seeing the color scheme for #21 and #31 but with the font you're using for the newer entries (Monterey? Mahogany?).

Also interested in seeing variations of those two new designs, as well as #35, and #36 with a solid background, rather than the sunburst.

Also interested in seeing #29 with "Entertainment" centered.

These "top 3" concepts you have are great. We are having a hard time choosing between these three concepts, though, because the first concept is a little hard-to-read because of difficulty with foreground/background differentiation, possibly caused by the sunburst (?).

Sad to lose the sunburst, because it is very cute. If you have any additional ideas to make it a bit more readable, please let me know, and feel free to explore those, as well!

I will be posting updated color profiles and a sample of the font (Feel Script) we have bee experimenting with. If you'd be willing to do a set of a few samples (2-3) using those considerations, too, in a few hours, we would appreciate it.

Thank you so much, again, for all your hard work and creativity. You really seem to "get" us, and we appreciate your efforts!

hello:)
thank you for the appreciation, it is a pleasure participating in your contest and working with you.
thank you also for the feedback I am sorry that I have not use the feel script font that you requested but I do not have this font.
The monterey font is the closest I could use to your preference
I am working on the updates

Not a problem, at all! My business partner pointed out to me that it was a more difficult-to-obtain font, so I have uploaded a couple of script samples and color profiles into the brief for experimentation.

Wonderful! Thank you so, so much! We're going t spend a bit of time discussing the three different "Top 3" concepts you have, here and making a decision about which to keep moving forward on.

Thank you, again!!!

We really like all three concepts -- #26, #35, #58, but we hate to keep having you working on THREE concepts.

We feel like #35 has the least connection to our brand (even though we love it), comparatively to these other two VERY STRONG logos

We feel like #58 has the most over all "style," but is also a bit less versatile than the other two. I'd like to see just one more revision wit this logo concept -- a variation substituting the "Somethi" from your custom font work but retaining the "ng New" from Monterey. Also -- there are a couple of stray swirls behind the lovebird on the left we'd like to see "cleaned up," and we'd like the font-to-background scale to be more similar to #35 so that the N doesn't overlap the "Entertainment" ribbon.

#26 is also extremely strong, and we'd like to see some of the (beautiful) custom script you used in other designs incorporated into this design, as well.

When designs are transmitted, what file format are they? Do they come with layers and such? Will we be able to make minor adjustments to spacing or colors easily to these files?

Thank you, again, for all your hard work. We have been so impressed with the way you have adapted throughout this process. I really appreciate all your patience with us!

One small adjustment on #94 - can you "tighten up" the negative white space/border in the swoosh of the S and the V of the N so that it's more even over that stroke around the words?

THANK YOU!

You got it right and did it perfectly!

Do you do have a website of your own? Do you do any web design, specifically blog sites? We will be looking for a partner for helping with web aspects of our rebrand, once we finalize this logo business.

hi again
I am very happy that you like the designs :)
For the time being I do not have a web site
I do not do web design for the moment but I would be more than happy to work with you for several applications of the logo that you might need.
of course I can provide you different types of files such as png, AI, tiff, pdf and in gray scale version but this can be done after the contest ends.
when each contest ends here in LT we can upload only jpg and eps format files.
thank you for your interest in my work :)

Hi, Tzina! Thank you for your message, and my apologies for the delays - I know that you are devoting your full attention to our project, but I can't say the same for myself, and I am sorry for not being more available and prompt in my responses over this process!

Thank you so much for all your hard work! We had a lot of designs that were wonderful submitted to our contest, but (after lots of debate within our company) we feel as a group that the top-ranked design is the right choice, but there are a couple of lingering concerns, mostly about legibility.

Part of this has to do with color emphasis and perhaps needing a lighter-colored background, but I think we will be able to adjust this in-house after the contest ends, correct? Will we be able to edit an EPS file like that? Does it have layers?

Thank you!
