Sold By KateLogo Design Contest

I help my clients buy and sell real estate so they can accomplish their goals and create the life they have always dreamed of!

Living in the Pacific Northwest, we have a lot of green around us. I would like to incorporate that color and colors related to nature in the logo. I like greens and blues.

I am building my brand as "Sold By Kate." I want to create a fresh design that doesn't incorporate the roofs of houses like you see in most real estate logos. I like clean lines and want a logo that doesn't have too much going on. I would like to see two different style of logos:
1). Use "SBK" to make a cool logo and have "Sold by Kate" under it maybe? Something simple and to the point
-OR-
2). Incorporate all that Washington has to offer - trees, mountains, water, maybe the state of Washington too?
I'm open to anything you come up with!
