I definitely like the Sans Serif more. There is just too much going on in this logo, though. I like the idea of doing a modern logo using the three letters, but the house and state of Washington in this one, as well, makes it too busy.

As for the font in this one, it seems pretty generic. I am a big fan of san serif fonts - I feel they look cleaner.

And, yes, you can toy around with the SBK acronym if you come up with something.

SOLD BY KATE, does it need to be written in one line or we can use other layout ? what about the letter,does it need to be all uppercased?
