What We Do
Social Weather is a Movement with App and Website to:
A. Connect people of all ages who need help with people who want to volunteer and give help. Particularly vulnerable populations and, now more than ever, people with health conditions and older people that will need to remain isolated for the foreseeable future because of Covid-19.
B. Use real-time and current data to measure, predict, as well as stimulate innovations to improve, the conditions needed for everyone to thrive. A Social Weather Score will be used show trends, forecasts and comparatives for each community.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
There are two competing concepts for this logo, however we will be selecting one logo. Please feel free to submit designs for both concepts or whichever concept you feel most comfortable with/prefer. Also, we are open to a logo that combines both concepts into one clear and cohesive image. Attached are images of existing logo designs to help convey some aspects that we like and which we think might be helpful (PDF and PNG).
Concept 1: Logo that incorporates an “S” and “W” (S must be before the W) into an abstract/stylized cloud or globe (not cartoon-like). The "S" and "W" can be a part of the cloud or globe's outline/shape, or perhaps in the negative space, as long the letters are clearly definable and visible. The letters should be stylized/slightly abstract.
Concept 2: Logo that incorporates an “S” and “W” (S must be before the W) with stylized hands (again, not cartoon-like). Hands can be with or without arms.
For both concepts: An "S" and "W" must be included. We would like to use blue, but no more than 3 different shades and 1-2 might be better. We are open to "S" and "W" being different shades, and possibly using a color in addition to blue. We are trying for a feeling of coming together, support, love, warmth, support. The logo will be paired with the words "Social Weather" in a San Serif typeface.
