Hi, unfortunately people aren't seeing the hands, S, or W. Even with the redesign. We are going to have to go in a different direction entirely. I personally love what you've done and think this logo is fantastic, but it's not going to work for what we need.

Is there any way to make the S more obvious and clear? The S is the most important thing for people to see. Maybe switching the colors so that the W is in the lighter blue? We are open to any ideas you may have.

That's great! The S is more important than the W, is there any way to make the S more obvious/visible. But we hope both letters are as visible as possible.
A few ideas:
Can you possibly play around using a gradient of 2 or 3 colors and/or shadow effects?
Connect the light blue on the top and bottom so that they are connected to each other with a thin line (through the W).
This is very close, looks great. Without changing anything else, can you move the two fingers you added from the tops of the hands to the inside of the hands (onto the darker blue part). Similar to the bottom hand in #909
That looks great. Can you try adding only one finger (instead of two)? This may look worse but just want to compare.
And can we see what it would look like if the top hand is identical to the bottom hand (move the finger from right above the hand to the "inside" of the hand)?"

Can you tilt it slightly to the left about 15 degrees. Perhaps halfway between the tilt in #925 and this one.
We want to have more of a globe look, like in #862 where the points of the S are sharper/longer.
Can you play with extending or somewhat connecting the lighter blue color on the top and bottom, perhaps a thin line towards the thumbs?
