These designs are based off your triple C tagline. The three C's are arranged to create a group of collaborating people - the social aspect.

Also added some more people/social logomarks.

Another one, #8 where there is a circular 'energy' around a group of individuals, arranged like a bar graph to represent growth.

resubmitted the initial entries without the LLC, plus a couple of new ideas.

#15 - like this concept-- the blue could be deeper color.

You are a really talented designer - it shows up very well. We have made some comments with regard to number 30 that you may want to read as it may give you some ideas. We don't want to look like Linkedin or other social links...but we sure do want to look social. Our company provides social business strategy (consulting) and sales and social media training and coaching to large organizations.

I will continue to brew up some ideas, and also work on changing that blue color, so you can see that.
