Do you have permission to use the BMW Motorsports ///M Logo ?

Client

I do not have permission to use the BMW Motorsports ///M logo. The logo is for personal use on a BMW race car, helmet and car trailer. I will not be selling any products or services that could be misrepresented as a BMW product. I would like to incorporate the BMW ///M logo colors but do not necessarily have to have the actual ///M logo in the design, especially if that causes any legal issues.

To avoid any issue with BMW trademarks of the ///M logo I would prefer to incorporate the 3 colors of the M logo in the design but not in the shape of the ///. Thanks for all of the designs so far!
