Nice design. The lettering looks great and the simplicity of the car is great. I have decided to not use the BMW ///M logo but would like to incorporate the colors of the M logo. Also having a design that goes well on a white background would be preferable.
This is still my favorite design so far. I like the lines/shading around the letters and one idea could be to put these in the BMW M blue/purple/red colors. A small wing on the back of the car would also make it look like a GT race car.
On the black background the word motorsports does not show up very well so I think this will need to be a solid color.
I was thinking of adding the BMW M colors to the lettering on design #47. What I like about your design is that if I have the logo on a black background I can use the silver/grey letters that are highlighted with the BMW M colors and if I had the logo on a white background I would maybe use a darker grey for the letters and car outline with the same BMW colors surrounding the letters. I love the silver grey letters but on a white background they will not show up so well.
I'm not sure I like the SMH letters in the color of the BMW logo as much.
#75 looks really good. I would also like to see it with 'motorsports' written in the silver color. Adding the M logo as in #31 would be nice.
I am wondering what you can do to make the logo look better on a white background. I am not sure I like the SMH letters in color. I think using black lettering and black for the shape of the car might improve it on a white background. The word motorsports in blue/purple/red as you did in #75 would be good for the white background in combination with black for the shape of the car.
I plan on using the logo a lot on a white background so want to make sure it works as well as is does on the black background. I guess an option is to have a black background color scheme and a white background color scheme.
On #140 can you use the same word motorsports from #71.
I like #139 but am wondering if you can make the lettering sharper on the word 'motorsports' but using the same colors. Using the word motorsports from #71 but multicolor would work. Also doing the same in #75 with the black background.
