Skating Club of Van NuysLogo Design Contest

Thanks so much for all of the great designs - we have to to respond by committee so forgive us if we are a little slow on the feedback. Wlll try to view designs at the morning FreeSkate when people are together :)

Just as a heads up for everyone we are planning on having a black microfiber jacket for this year's competition team. So we need colors that will pop on the black. It is perfectly acceptable to use glitter threads that are Golds and Silvers as well.

One member really likes the outline of the skater in #6,
We also really like the creative ideas incorporated in #7, #9, #10 and #11.

We have extended our contest for two more days. We like the idea that in #45 how Van Nuys really stands out and let's people know that we represent Van Nuys. In #37 we like the fun creative feel of the skate with the bling and the font. We like the design very much but we would like to have more emphasis on Van Nuys than on Skating Club. When our skaters go on the ice we would like them to be immediately identified that they are from Van Nuys.
