we need to lose the "HOUSE" images. See more variety of script style fonts for "Signature". Work more ideas on SP symbol.

#15 - loose the roof - good font on signature - enlarge word properties some - post largest possible design in box for viewing. then work on SP icon of some sort.

#27 like the concept - however - SP image over powers text below.
#15 - like the font choices here - loose the roof - enlarge and work on SP symbol
#24 & #22 loose the blue above and below logo
#20 take this design and work with a stacked version SP / Signature / properties

#39 - move "properties" back under like original - need new SP design - that one not working for me.

#5 - go back to this one and just remove Feather and remove shorter lines above and below title.
Create new version of #34 using signature font from #5
#47 could be an option
#51 not crazy about S - and S is straight up - where rest of work is Italic.
#47 try this one with a san-serif font for Properties - clean simple look - one in all caps - one in lower case (like #15)
Pull out all the stops for Script style fonts.

Try other new designs with san-serif font for "properties"
