Changing from plain and square to shiny and new

Hi! Thanks. I understand the idea and like that, but the composition feels a bit off, and the text logo is hard to read. Not so sure about the colors. Perhaps if it felt more like the circle was moulded from the materia in the square - like it was moving and turning into the cirkle. But thanks for the suggestion! With a few adjustments it could become great!

#131 this is an improvment. Not so sure about the colors and the text font. Something more 2010, cleaner, more modern?

#161 like this one the best so far - but it is a bit to friendly. More clean, and perhaps more iconic / reduced egg?

The egg represents birth, the yolk, a (shiny) new idea. I wouldn't even think of suggesting that a think tank is full of "eggheads".

Color variations: perhaps different partners/divisions could use alternate colors ala FedEx.

#175 :) Not exactly a common boiled egg. You are no more a chicken farm with this than biologists with the use of the butterfly/mayfly idea.

#199 :) It sure makes me smile! Sorry - it's cool in many ways, but I don't think I will pick this egg for Shifters. But thanks - we do kind of like it and it sure made this contest more enjoyable! Hope you can sell the logo later to someone else - love to see it somewhere in the future!

#270 LOL :) Over-creative, I would say. It's like a pear-egg sprouting. I would like to see the mother of that egg.. Perhaps it is an Ent? Do they lay eggs?
#276 This one is rather good - very cute little dinosaur - looking eager to explore the world! But I would say that I've almost for sure decided to go for the one-legged-thingie, currently highest ranked.
