Sherwood Hill Capital is a private hedge fund specializing alternative investment services and management in the futures, futures options and other derivatives markets focused on generating superior annual risk-adjusted returns through a proprietary approach to trading and investment centered around identification and exploitation of high probability opportunities, optimization of risk exposure, execution and diversification.

Our target market and clientele consists of high net worth individual investors (QEP), private businesses and corporations, banks and financial institutions, and other funds.

We would like the logo/brand to consist primarily of red and gray/black tones - specifically with the red being more on the crimson end of the spectrum and the gray being more toward the slate/charcoal end of the spectrum.

One of the principals of the company is a former floor trader and broker on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and so one of his initial ideas is to somehow incorporate the idea and symbology of the trading pit into the logo in a symbolic or representative way. The attached are very rough and merely for idea purposes only and we are open to much more creative expressions of the brand. Ultimately, we want to communicate expertise, trust, stability, security, confidence and strength to our clients and investors.
