We prefer the general direction of: a.) darker, richer shades for the red and gray and b.) having the logo distinct from the company name. Also, there is no need to necessarily try and incorporate the company initials into the logo symbol itself. We are so far liking variations of the name and logo distinct. Hopefully that helps-
