I have worked with several KW agents here on LT and in my private business. I have been selected by 19 KW clients here on Logo Tournament.
In addition to my entries above, here are some links to other Contests that I have won (These are Keller Williams agents, in particular, though that may or may not matter) The key is that they are a variety of Real State concepts. Feel free to review them to see if any styles appeal to you, and I could model a style that is similar, yet uniquely yours.
REALLY cool design. I like how it's all enclosed, which would allow me to use surround it completely in red, without disrupting the art you have going on!
I want to stop selling houses and just sit and look at my name designed in different creative fashions. Also, I want to pay every one of you the bounty for coming up with cool stuff. Love this site - but I feel so bad everyone can't win :(
Oh! Sorry about that...not sure how the "E" got chopped off of my latest entries. My wife and I have a similar problem, as both her maiden name and my last name often have "E's" in them...but ours do not. People are always trying to give us an extra "E"....Now here I am trying to steal one from you!
Here are some updated entries. Also notice how, by design, they work well on any background with no real modification needed. #67 | #68 | #69 | #70 | #71 | #72
What would it look like if you replaced the color in the ring as predominantly black, with shades of red, and made the background red. It would give me a better idea of what these would look like on yard signs! thanks for all of your hard work! Talking about #67 and #71
One thing that is always a challenge as I work with so many Realtors, both here and in my local studio, is the challenge to be unique. So often the trend is the generic roofline, but that is so saturated now, that I try to use actual angles and viewpoints of a seemingly real house. It gives unique detail to the design, while still keeping it clean and simple.
The house in the design here actually has curb appeal. Many in my portfolio, do not as realtors fall into the general rooftop "trap".
