Oh - I wouldn't mind seeing these logos also have the words "For Sale" - but it's not a "must"

To preserve the integrity of the art, and to maintain the colors (which I love what you are all doing), every logo should probably be self contained with black. the rest of the sign will likely be red. I love what everyone is doing, and I'm not married to any ideas - if any of you have something completely original and out of left field, please feel free to submit.
