I was not real sure how to post my "company name". I am a REALTOR here in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis & St. Paul, Minnesota) and my brokerage is Keller Williams Integrity Realty Lakes. The Keller Williams philosophy is to encourage the indiviual REALTOR to promote their own image/logo. Hope this helps??

I recently created a logo for a Keller Williams Realtor, and I was just curious, because they informed me the "Integrity First" line had to be part of the logo, or at least visible at a certain percentage underneath the logo. Just curious.

Also, how important is it for you to have the 'GRI, ABR, SFR' in the logo itself? The more you have in a logo, the more cluttered it can look.

Design #5)

Hi DesireeByrd,

You may already know this but just in case..."Keller Williams Realty" is a franchise of sorts and "Keller Williams Integrity Realty Lakes" is the local office here in Minneapolis where I hold my real estate license. Since our official name here is Keller Williams Integrity Realty Lakes, it will be important to show the full name (all on the same line) wherever in the logo the company name appears.

By the way, would you mind telling me who you worked with at Keller Williams? I'd love to see what you did for them.

And I agree with you about the GRI, ABR, SFR. It's best to keep it simple. I don't think it is important to have those initials in the logo.

I like your cityscape with my name in it. Is there anyway you could make the city look more residential, since I am a residential realtor and not a commercial realtor?

Love your work!

Thanks!!

Tracy-
You may want to look at Article 12 of NAR's Code of Ethics. I'm not sure how business cards fit into the scheme of things, but with most real-estate related advertising you need to have your firm name included. And maybe that's what you were saying in your comments above, but I took them to mean you prefer only your name in the logo; however, if "Keller Williams" is used it also needs to say "Integrity Realty Lakes."

Well the need for a secondary line is also the basis for my more "Linear" designs. If need be the information can be added after the fact by whoever is using the logo. :-) That is what I did when I worked for Century 21. ^.^

Hi Tracy,

Just a quick heads up for you: if you click on any of the designs, it will take you to that designer's specific page. This way, if you comment on our work on our page, we are notified and can respond quicker.

It also allows for this general section to be reserved for general comments, tips, etc.

Best of luck with your contest!

Hello Designers,

I am looking for something that is ultra simple and very elegant. It does not have to have a homes(s) graphic in it. Thank you for all your efforts.

Hi again,

And I would like a web 2.0 feel to the design with the dominant color of light grey with accent colors or black and red. Font is important to me.

Thank you for all your efforts!!

Attention all designer:

There are many designs in this contest which do not follow our submission guidelines, one of which states
"IMAGE CENTERED - horizontally and vertically with sufficient spacing all around."
Be advised that designs crowding the edges of the display space could in fact be removed by admin/mods.

A good design does not have to be big. Conversely, a poor is not made better by making it bigger - that approach is often just a mask for sub-standard work.

Retro - Sorry! That was me... well mostly.

They aren't even remotely winning or I would resubmit.

Won't happen again.
