Hi, #47: I like the overall concept of the flying bird. If you lengthen the wings it will make it less compact and bulky and give it a more streamlined look; also, the S is much too bulky. Color scheme is dark blue/midnight blue and silver/metallic if possible. Thanks, Jim

Hi, #50 if you could check out the eagle/wing logo at www.groenbros.com and make the "puffin"-like head more like an eagle: one eagle head would be more round to match the existing wing and if you could replace the white with silver/metallic grey; the other eagle head would be angular like the one on the website and you'd then make the wings more angular to match the angular head and have the same color scheme replacing the white with silver/metallic grey. I like #50 best so far so given the time left you might consider focusing your talents on it instead of the other ones: your option of course. I think #51 & #52 are nice but I'll have to think about the changes. Thanks!

#71 is very nice: if you could make the eagle and wingtips more angular for a 2nd version that would be great. Thanks, Jim

#80 thinner grey lines to make logo appear less squat? #81 also please try thinner grey lines. Thanks, Jim

Client
#87 great job. Please make #80 similar with thin lines and sparkle like #87 so I can choose between the two. Thanks so much! Best, Jim

Client
#88 one quick change please: make exterior gray line thin like the others and that should do it. Best, Jim

Goran, Love the subtle separate shading on the wing that makes it resemble the feathered layers of an eagle's wings! Very nice touch. No need to reply. Best, Jim

Goran, Just moved up to 4 in top 5: love the new "eye" effect with the light source. Thanks!

Goran, Just moved #93 to 3rd. Could you make the horizontal portion of the beak slant to the left so it looks less "blocky" and make other adjustments to the head if the new slant requires it? Also, please replace the lettering with that used on #92 and adjust size accordingly if required. Thanks, Jim

Client
Goran, Thanks for the effort on #94: I'd say disregard working any further on it since the lettering looks so much better below the eagle as opposed to in front of it. Thanks for taking a stab at it, though. Best, Jim

Very nice update, Goran! My first impression is that it is very striking, both literally and figuratively. I will continue to see if there is any possible room for improvement. At the most I'm guessing it would be some very minor tweaking and fine tuning. Thanks - it is awesome! Best, Jim

Hi Goran, Two very minor changes on #114 if you have time: Airborne ISR Solutions a bit darker and please add a dash on each side, length of dash up to you (i.e. - Airborne ISR Solutions - ). Thanks, Jim

Hi Goran, My final request before I present your designs to the selection committee for a decision: #131 please make the top half of ShadowAir 1 shade lighter, and the Airborne ISR Solutions & bars either darker or slightly emboldened so it stands out just a bit more (whichever looks best). Thanks, Jim

Hi Goran, #132: On 1 MacBook & 2 PCs it looks perfect. On an older MacBook Pro with a larger screen the darker portions appear to be black or almost black; also on an Asus Transformer tablet, the darker portions appear black. Just wanted to make certain it's not black but a very dark blue: otherwise, we'd need to lighten the darkest portions slightly. Please advise. Thanks, Jim

Sorry, forgot to mention: 1 exec wondered if you could make the top 1/2 of ShadowAir glimmer like the eagle. Tx, Jim

Hi Jim,

Yes the color, never the same on two different screens :)
If your monitors are not very expensive and color calibrated, yes they will look slightly different.
I'll recheck that nothing is 100% black.

About the glimmer suggestion you had. No problem, I'll make a version for you.

I'll be at my workstation in about 2-3 hours... will fix it then. Hope that it's okey.
Thanks

Many thanks, Goran: we will not ask for anything else. Once the new one is done, we will make a choice between #132 and the new one. Best, Jim

Hi Jim,
Here you go. I made the dark parts little more bluish, just in case.
Also included two versions with glimmer effect. Was it like that you wanted to see the name?
