The idea of the triangular shape behind the dancing figures (in case it's not obvious) is that it is supposed to look like a spotlight shining down on the figures.

Great work. No, I didn't get "spotlight" from the triangle but it looks good.
How about a few more shades of green? In the triangle or the dancers?
Also, could we try a different font for "Dance Company"? Seems a little too formal or business-like.
Thanks!

Ahh, the spotlight is much more clear now :)
I like both #20 and #21 as they show a flexible design that could work both in landscape (for business cards) and portrait (for Facebook pages, etc)

Change to the typeface for 'Dance Company'.

Different typefaces and graduated greens on the spotlight and figures (three greens in this version - previous designs had two greens).

Really like the subtle colors of the dancer and spotlight in #28.
Really like "Shades of Greene" in #27.
But still haven't found the right font for "Dance Company"
Crazy/optional idea: when the dancers are put on top of the words (like all except #20), it looks to me like the bottom line of the spotlight ends abruptly for no reason. What if it continued down behind "Shades of Greene" ending below those words right where you put the white horizontal line in #27. It could even end in an elliptical shape like when a spotlight hits a stage, and in that circle would be "dance company". I'm not sure if that makes sense, but I just thought I'd share.

Variation on the idea of the spotlight extended downwards.

Shades of Greene above the dancing figures, extended spotlight and different typeface for Dance Company.

Awesome! They all have good points about them but I think #35 is our favorite. Still not satisfied with the "dance company" font. I would keep trying sans-serif fonts. Also, I wonder what the large figures arms would look like behind the words, instead of in front. Thanks!

Another version of #35

A more simple version with three figures. The brightest lime green has been made more green and the figures have a little more detail and movement.

Even simpler two figure version which looks quite elegant. Maybe the three figure version reflects the types of dance better.

If you have time, could I get 1 more revision? Just like #40, but could you try a handwritten font like the ones at the link below for the words "dance company" ? Thanks!

Thank you for choosing my design. I have uploaded final eps and JPEG files to the LogoTournament site. If you want anything changing, such as the dancers, please let me know. Also, could you let me know if you have any specific requirement for other file types and if you want a version on a white background.
