Trim your sails to set your own course in life.

Using my past experience of logging 44,000 nautical miles at sea on a 57' catamaran over several year, which was ultimately lost at sea with souls on board and surviving many other challenges in life, I am setting out in my third quarter to share what I learned to try to help others move forward in their lives. Targeting anyone who would like to improve their lives and learn practical skills on how to recognize their strengths and to set their course in life. PTSD and other challenging circumstances a specialty - but really this is for everyone.
