#5 has some great elements, and I like the torch. Font is also nice, not too harsh, but not too whimsical either

#6, I like the concept, but somehow is thee was a way to get in an element that indicated engineering, or electrical...no clue as to field we work in.

i will give it a shot and try to relay those elements in some way. thanks.

#6, regarding color, I add some new info on color matching to job description.

here it is with those blue colors you specified. i did a gradient from the darker blue to the lighter blue. also incorporated a lightning bolt as the handle of the septor. let me know if you have further ideas for improvement.

#10 has great elements. Good job. I'm would prefer a blue that is more like Penn State (does not need to be gradient)
