Hello!

Thanks so much for submitting your designs, we like the creativity of what you've posted so far. On entries 12 & 13, is the item within the circle a representation of a gas tank?

Thanks,
Valerie

Yes, it is a tank, I can try with different shapes if you want me to - or maybe you have a particular shape you'd like me to implement, you can send me a link to a photo of it.

Thanks

Thanks for the quick follow up. I just heard back from the client, and they like the shield with the circle around it. However, one of the two people overseeing the logo really likes the sentry concept, so the compromise suggested is to put the head of a sentry in a shield. Not sure how that will work since the historical sentry (which is the one they prefer - minuteman, revolutionary war type person) didn't use shields, they used muskets , canons, etc. Maybe I'm being too literal, I'll look forward to seeing what you come up with. Good luck!

Sure, how about #20 and #21?

or maybe something even more serious like this one: #22

20 & 21 are definitely headed in the right direction but the client things the head looks more like a three musketeer as opposed to a revolutionary sentry. If you look up "minuteman" in google images, while they're mostly full body shots, hopefully you can get an idea of the kind of headshot they're looking for. Let me know if you need more guidance.

22 is too serious/stern for their tastes.

Thanks!

They definitely like the full body versions. Is there a way to make the minuteman larger than the shield i.e the head and torso extend over the top of the shield?

How about #120, #121, #122, #123?

We're getting close, they like these very much. They prefer 120, 122. Their only request is whether you can make the body of the minuteman a little more upright (instead of leaning back slightly as it is now).

Thanks!

Almost there, just need to tweak our sentry. The partner directed me to this image http://ncrenegade.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/PatriotPicture-1.jpg and said he liked how the face looked strong. In particular how it sat on the neck, and the chin and eyes. He asked if we could align the head similarly, and make the chin and eyes look stronger. I did remind him that it will be hard to see these details when the logo is small, but he's thinking about when they put in on a billboard. He also asked if it were possible to add any shading/dimension to make our sentry a little more robust.

Other than tweaking the sentry, they're *really* happy with this logo. Thanks for all your work.
