Client
Please look at the USAID web site, www.usaid.gov, to get a sense of the colors that USAID uses. We would like to use colors similar to those. Designs that capture both Indonesia and the United States in some way are preferred.

Some general comments: I reiterate the need to follow the USAID color scheme. The current top ranked ones do so. The words for "Supporting Economic..." need to be large enough to be legible. This seems to usually require that they be on two lines. If so, left justify. Successful designs evoke both Indonesia and the United States in some way through design elements. Generally speaking, design elements beyond the project acronym should be light and airy. We don't believe that white text on a colored background works particularly well.
