in entry #11, I don't think that the white text on a red background will work well in print, particularly in black and white. On both, one of my colleagues suggested that this looks too much like the USAID logo. You might think about how to differentiate it somehow.
I don't especially like the logos with the white waves running through them. It does not evoke anything in my mind.
I like the idea of the star in the I in #1. Is there something that you could do to evoke Indonesia in some way? Also, can you please use the following color parameters? Blue should be Pantone 280 (CMYK 100C 72M 0Y 18K, RGB 0R 42G 108B) and the red should be Pantone 200 (CMYK 0C 100M 63Y 12K, RGB 194R 17G 58B).
Finally, could you put the words below the letters in a larger font size spreading them over two lines. I prefer, I think, left justified.
