Savin Rock Half Marathon & 5KLogo Design Contest

This is the second annual Half Marathon and 5K running race held at Savin Rock, which is a coastal area in West Haven, Connecticut USA.

My plan is to use this logo on RED T-Shirts, custom glasses and on a website. I had a very complex logo last year and this year I want a simple one. Something that easily conveys that race name and distance. Plus the Date: March 24, 2012. The shirts will be red and I like the idea of using Black, Grey and White. Something Bold and easy to read. I am also thinking about a SHARK RUNNING somewhere on the shirt. My Group is the Shoreline Sharks and I want to incorporate that in if possible. As designers you all make me discover what I truly want so please do as many as you can and don't delete any. I may select your over the others at anytime. I will rank them many times per day.
