This is a 5K run on the coast of Connecticut in West Haven. Audience is everyone who runs a 5K on Thanksgiving which is runners and families who do it together.

We are a well established Multisport Team. Multisports includes running, walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, adventure racing, triathlon, etc.

This is the second annual Half Marathon and 5K running race held at Savin Rock, which is a coastal area in West Haven, Connecticut USA.

This is a road race. A road race that takes place along Long Island Sound in Milford, CT. Elements that should be present: The beach, a small island off the coast, kites flying, sailboats, a beautiful day, an archway that says GULF BEACH.
