Sauter on the Water Real Estate is a small boutique brokerage in Florida. We help customers find homes by or on the gulf coast of Florida either selling, buying, or investing. Whether they are an investor looking to rent the property as a vacation rental or just to live. The audience that we’re trying to reach and that can afford these properties are very wealthy and typically spending at least 1 million for a home or condo. High end gulf coast luxury real estate. We know docks, seawalls, and all aspects associated with living by ocean waters. Please note that I would like the word "Sauter" to be the dominant element in the logo.

Blues and greens and greys

A Florida real estate company logo that signifies luxury ocean home and/or lifestyle on an tropical island in the in Gulf of Mexico (Ocean). However, I am VERY open to different and unique designs. I do generally prefer simple designs.

These are typically really expensive homes that cost anywhere from 1 million to 20 million US dollars on the islands of Florida. So, very wealthy and educated people is the audience. Celebrities like Garth Brooks has a home on this island. Professional golfers, baseball, and football players commonly buy homes on this island.
