What amazing talent so far! I could have spent a week working on any one of these and wouldn't have come close to making something as good. Really looking forward to seeing more submissions.

So far I've enjoyed the color usage and simple yet subtle design behind #4 the most. #3 is heading in the right direction, though I'm looking for something with more color (needs to appeal to children).

While I'll be around to give feedback and continue ranking, I intend to grab a few associates to preview what's been submitted along the way for some additional perspective. This should create even more feedback and direction so please stay tuned while we gather our thoughts!

Has anyone had any ideas on incorporated the logo into the lettering itself? It's probably not the best idea, considering there haven't been many attempts at it, but thought I'd throw it out to see if anything pops up.

Very creative submissions, everyone! I'd like to request that we try a few different color schemes than what's listed in the briefing. Perhaps a base with black and using a number of accent colors.

I'd like to mix it up a little bit and see if trying something other than bright colors attracts the eye.

Was looking around a bit over the weekend at color schemes and would like to see if anyone would like to give mint, light blue (sky), grey and black a try?

One other idea I had was incorporating the outline of an open closet with a heap of shoes piled on the floor, perhaps the name would be right under? Kind of out there but perhaps someone can make it look good. :)

As the contest winds down I just wanted to voice my appreciation for everyone's hard work throughout the contest. I truly enjoyed the opportunity to work with some talented designers and thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It's a shame I can't pick them all and rotate them on a weekly basis. :D

I'll be in and out for the next couple of hours giving last minute feedback if you have any questions. Over the next week I plan on reviewing these submissions with my associates to decide which will be the Salvaged Soles brand moving forward.
