What We Do
We produce artistic wedding films for modern couples.
Industry
Color Preferences
Our 'official' colors have been brown (492f1e) and green (83971b.) So obviously we like browns and greens (though not too bold/bright) and possibly other 'earthy' or neutral colors if it works with the logo. White and black would be ok too.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We definitely do not want anything 'cheesy.' We don't want anything 'film' or 'video' related (i.e. no film strips, no cameras/lenses, no tripods, etc.) nor do we want anything very 'wedding specific' (i.e. no rings, wedding bells, etc.) We probably don't want an overt 'moon', which can be cheesy, but maybe something abstract that can be interpreted as a moon, like abstract circles or something like that, but it's not mandatory. We're located in Colorado (but work in other states as well), so we like nature-related images (trees, branches, leaves, abstract mountain/hill shapes may be cool) but NO cheesiness and no birds please, and again, not mandatory to include these things just suggestions. We like the modern look and modern fonts, and we typically do not like very script-y, flow-y type fonts, but we also do not want it to be too 'technological or cold' (if that makes sense.) Most of our wedding couples enjoy our fun, modern yet professional, artistic style. We're a fun, laid back company and would like to portray that in our logo...we (think :) we would like our name (Rising Moon Films) and a symbol of some sort as part of the logo. I'll try to update with comments/suggestions as the logos come in too.
