#1 The cartoons I had in mind are the "inspector clouseau from pink panther" type characters. Those rounded guys with mustaches (although I don't prefer the moustaches). I'll see if I can find an example to upload. I think the "RESCUE" should be in red italics & TECH SERVICES in black/grey.

#2 I do like the red & blue cross with the water drop & flame. Could you incorporate the cross into #1 somehow?

#4, #5, #6 Would like to see 2 techs carring a stretcher of fire/water damaged electronic equipment. I like the Insp Clouseau type face but not the uniform or hat. I also like the heartbeat although it should look like a normal EKG. I also like the "RTS" above the full name.

#9 I like the cross but it looks crowded. Maybe it could go e lsewhere ...perhaps above the "Rescue" or the top left corner? I'd like to see "RESCUE" in the same typeface as the rest but in italics and it looks good red.
