custom edgy letters. Simple jet distinctive . Feedback appreciated!

I'd like the letters to be even more edgy and masculine. Dont like the rounded "e" and "m" and want black, white and grey to be the main colors and maybe an additional color such as orange or turqoiuse but in this logo the turqouise is too prominent.

another try. It represent reform through forward weight chaining , from thin reformed to bold.
