What We Do
we are a small niche telecommunications company, focusing on customer service and fair prices
Industry
Service Industries
Color Preferences
Small amount of red, yellow or orange
White background, black for outlining
Blues and greens, though every second new logo in our town seems to be blues and greens(teals, aqua and acid green) saying that I love these colours and they do stand out.
Purple, grey and yellow are also very in at the moment with interiors and fashion.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
I like retro, it will apeal to the baby boomers and generation x .
Intend using the word "ready" in text for advertising, brochures etc, creating repetition and planting the logo in people's minds. I think lower case lettering will look best. We are planning to go down the green path, using recycled, sustainable papers and inks so possibly less rather than more when it comes to large blocks of colour with a plain background. file chosen below comes from an old 60's boardgame I found at a charity shop I really like the colours together, they stand out yet tie in. Ready needs to be the focus word with communications in small letters . I forgot about possibly some sort of symbol that says telecommunications ie. phone, radio waves, signals but not necessarily. thanks

Hello! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank a variety of designs to get a variety of entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is Private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Leave private feedback by clicking on a design. Feedback will be made public upon contest completion
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested".
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked 1st - 10th. We like to earn points.
~~ After your contest closes it will enter Judging phase. You can re-rank designs in Judging.
~~ While in Judging, the designer ranked in first place can submit revisions

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

Hi designers
I wrote in the brief that a retro vibe was a possibility, turns out hubby is not so into anything too retro. He is more of a simple font kind of man! Do I need to edit my brief or do I just mention changes like this here in the comments
thanks Sarah

Hi Designers
Thank you all for your designs I am blown away by the talent. I know I am supposed to rank regularly but I am finding this quite hard as there are so many great ones to choose from .
thanks

Hi Designers
Please note, logo will probably be embroidered onto black tops, jackets etc.
As you can see by my top entries I have two favourite colour combinations, I am still unsure which one to go for, but of course colour can make all the difference to a design. So I would really appreciate any designs with both combinations if possible.
Am loving the process, but for someone as indecisive as me, I'm struggling. I love so many of them!
Thanks for the feedback and the flexibility.
Thanks
