red, as far as the characters go, phoenix/lion, you hit the nail on the head. the look comes off as authoritative to me with an impression of quality.

not feeling the ribbon with Raus on it. i'd like to see the same logo, but with raus coffee presented differently. you can get ideas from the main page.
