Please note that the name of the organization is to be registered as Putting Rare Diseases Patients First! The name Rare Diseases Patients First! has been in use for about a year. We must update the name within the next two months by adding "Putting" to the name.

I am not sure why some designers have put RARE DISEASES first in the design. This is not the name. The name of the organization is Putting Rare Diseases Patients First!

The design should be careful not to emphasize Patients First because of a trademark issue.

Will someone please tell me how I can set up a survey to take out the selected logos for review by the Board of Directors? I cannot see a survey button anywhere.
