I like #22 more than # 23. I'm trying to get away from images that are too closely related to rain; want to have a more of a financial feel to it. #23 looks too much like rain hitting the ground. I do like how the text is laid out more than in #22. Would like to see a more colorful stronger look for text. The color of the text in #23 is too grey.
So far all the submissions have been in the same format with image on left and text on the right. I do think a horizontal alignment works better, especially when this will be on a business card, but I am open to a new look entirely.

Thank you for taking the time to create some interesting new designs. In #39, #40, #41 and #42, the use of the hand might create the wrong impression. It could mean more money will come to you but it could also mean that someone has their hand out for money, which is the same as begging for money. Given that the word rainmaking already has a meaning that relates to more money and clients, the money related image probably should be more subtle.
#37 and #38 are good variations on #23. The font for the word rainmaking has a heavier feeling than I would like. Would like to see the wordmkaing look a bit less bold, but keep the same color.
Thanks again for trying to come up with a different structure to the logo. You are one of the few designers to try that.
Thank you for your designs. One last request before the contest ends. Please revise #67 and have the "for lawyers" be as wide as the word Rainmaking. Would like to see what that looks like.
