Our Ideas and Additional Information:
I chose Rainmaker in the business name based on the definition as “Rainmaker: One whose influence can initiate progress or ensure success.”
Rainmaker also has Native American connotations as one who understands and can influence unseen forces to achieve a result (making rain).
Perhaps this element can be incorporated as “wings”, a “winged totem”, something birdlike, or anything representative of soaring to or achieving great heights. Another possibility could be some sort of imagery along the lines of rain/sunshine contrast/transition... of dark days changing to light and promise.
These are merely suggestions and I encourage designers to come up with their own ideas.
One idea that I would like to get across is that I would like it to appear very modern or somewhat futuristic if possible. I want the viewer to be persuaded that the service is as cutting-edge and as future-minded and progressive as possible.
Keep in mind that people who come to us to use our services are often in the pain of undergoing a job search. Our job and promise is to relieve that pain and to transition them to a brighter future.

Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
I updated the contest brief to give some additional business insight and possible ideas. Also, added encouragement for designers to come up with ideas based on business insight.
We’re continuing to play around with the rankings as we are still looking for concepts and ideas.
Every submission WILL be ranked! Obviously the top 10 will be where we are paying the most attention and variations on the same idea will fall into the 11 and beyond rank.
The wings off to the side seems to be a popular idea. I'd like to see some variations with font style and layout. It would be interesting to see the wings done with straighter lines and sharper angles... a bit more of a mechanized or machine-like look.
