Great job. We're debating right now, but it's looking like this one is the favorite. Most people would like to see this with the font in #118/119. (Green font) Maybe a few shades darker on the green too.

Can you do a version of this in #7EA463, and with a font like in #219?

These are a few variations using #7eA463 as the primary color and using a different font.

The first has the color dominant through the design as a baseline even for the words, and moving forward I darken the word "RADER" and add some contrast to the image.
It's no trouble at all to make any more changes to this, and I wanted to do enough to give a benchmark for zeroing in on it.
