hello,
a modern, clean abstract mark with type to match.
the icon is a puzzle piece, representative of the solutions you provide, the round shape helps to make it unique and is also a subtle nod towards a radar (i know the name is radEr but thought this would help make it more memorable)
any feedback would be great,
colours and type can easily be changed if you wish,

i particularly like that this one resembles three people having a conversation / being consulted =)

also, these designs will still be very effective in black and white, meaning they are very versatile
plus the icon can easily be used as a standalone item

Great ideas Bugy. We love things with meaning behind them. Not sure yet which icon I like, but like the type on #9...lowercase with the underscore. I also love the concept of having an icon that can be used as a stand alone item as we build some brand recognition.

Also, we'll rarely use anything on a black background (maybe tshirts or print), but it's always good to have something versatile. Great job!

People liked the idea behind this logo, and the fact that it represented a few different things. (piece of the puzzle, consulting, bringing customers together with vendors to find the perfect solution) Can we see some different versions of this that look a bit more professional and possibly have a tad more to it?

a more serious, professional typeface option for you
i tried adding more detail to the logo but it simply didnt work, adding glossy, shiny effects and shadows / reflections just detracts from the simplicity and therefore, the memorability of the logo so i want to avoid that.
ill see what other ideas i can come up with based on your comments

another layout option with modern, streamlined, professional looking text.
i still think this is the strongest option, the fact that its very simple and uses flat colours makes it look very professional and confident, rather than using lots of "look at me!" effects like gradients, shines, reflections, shadows etc.
