To you guys as architects, this should be fairly straightforward, but I'll give the outlines anyway: ;-)
1. The tree (client project) is in the centre. 2. The two 'r' are connected to the tree in the soil, providing elements like water and dirt/nourishment. 3. The two 'r' are also standing for the constructual element in landscaping. (i.e. man-made items like fences, wooden implementations or stone pathways.)
Hope you like it. (Oh and it looks good in black too. ;-)
Thank you for your entry! We like the way you've designed the tree with the three circles. Very nice. We are torn between the glassy look and the flat look. I like the green you've used in both of them though. Could we see some different options for the trunk? We’re worried about the company name not reading clearly. What would it look like with a brown trunk, to match the style up top, and the R&R pulled out? The trunk lines are a little too busy for us. Overall thanks for putting so much thought into our design and telling us about them. I appreciated reading your concept.
Will do the requested changes today. My first thought is to place 'r&r' or 'R&R' (with first r/R reversed) as the trunk with branches. We'll see how that comes out.
Oh, and don't worry about choosing between the flat tree or the 3D version, to me this is just variations on the same logo and I'll be happy to supply you with the files/variations you need in order to proceed.
Less 'busy looking' tree trunk. Now made out of the two 'r' and the '&' as a resting man reading a good book in the shade implementing the concept of harmony.
Hmm, personally I think it looks a bit bulky/clumsy, even though I made them as narrow as possible without loosing the impression of 'R'. What do you think?
