Nice work! I like the signage reference. Can you explore an option that is monochromatic and/or one that has a circular form rather than an arrowed-thing.

Very fond of aspects of Entry #29, but don't love the rectangle with rounded corners. Interested in what it would look like without that box and just Public 47 over the circles.

Hmmm. Like 18 a lot better than 34. What about arcing public and architects but otherwise keeping everything about #18?

Client
Should qualify that one of my business partners prefers 34.

Dont you think that entries arcing public and architects read like 47 - Public Architects?
I will work further on #34 to make it better option.

Warming to #34. #48 is interesting, but perhaps too literal. It might be better without the seven man-hole holes.

Really liking 34 and 51. I know you're reluctant, but can you try a version that is similar to #51, but with the "47" moved to the center of the circle. Others have done similar versions, but you seem to have a nicer touch to your designs--I have a feeling I will like yours better. Thanks!

#73, I think it works well

#73 is awesome! Great job!

Really love 118 and 119. Nice work. Would like to see a version that splits it so one half is white text on black other half is black text on white.

I like 121, but Architects reads bigger than Public47. Can you make the rectangles of equal length?

My fiancee loves #118 and so do I. I'll see how my partners feel about it.

Can you do a new version of #34 that evens out the spacing between public 47 so that all letters and numbers are equally spaced (i.e. no greater space between the 'C' and the '4'). I imagine this would look good if the P and 7 remained where they are and the other letters were spaced accordingly.

Also, can you see if you have any concepts that could illustrate that 47 refers to the latitude (Seattle's at latitude 47)? Not sure that would work, but maybe there's a way using the inner ring from #48 or #51.

#131 new version of 34, as you requested but without balck crcle
#132, not sure about this one, but idea is to show several longitude lines and only the latitude 47

#131--like it--can you do another version that has the black and the doubling up of rings from #34, but with this text?
#132--This might be crazy, but what if the north pole were a bit off center so that the ring of the 47th parallel intersected the middle of the "47"? In this version, the longitude lines might arc slightly as well. I may be getting too literal here, but if you're up for trying, I'd love to check it out!

Can I also see #48, with equally spaced letters and numbers, spacing spread out just a little bit more on the PUBLIC47? Thanks, you're doing great.

136 looks promising, but it's missing 48's holes. Can you add those?

oh, I referenced wrong entry. Updated now.

Totally lovin' 118 and don't mean to mess with perfection, BUT what if the right half were black with white text and the left half were white with black text and the change from white background to black background was slanted to parallel the trunk of the 7 and the slant of the A? Locate the shift exactly between the two characters and obviously space them just a little more so that there's breathing room. I might not like it, but one of the things I LOVE about 118 is the parallel of the 7 and A.

Please ignore my last comment--what a lame idea. I don't know what I was thinking. My fiancee set me straight on this one. Her favorite is #119, mine is #118.

Special request from the partners for you: Can you replicate #134, but remove the inner white circle and instead run a line (represneting the 47 degree latitude parallel) just above PUBLIC47? The line should stop at the outer white circle.

And can you do a second similar one removing the outer white circle as well and running the white line all the way across?

Thanks!

Thanks! Can you try pushing the line a little higher in version 231 and version 234? Right now they are at about the 30th parallel. The 47th should be a bot more than halfway between the equator and the north poll.

Another version might arc the 47th parallel line slightly to suggest a sphere. That may lose the abstraction that we like, but is something I'd like to see.

As the line is now too separated from text (and text is good centered) i had to add the opposite parallel to give it balance.
