1) We would like to see something MINIMAL, FLAT and GEOMETRIC. My favourite example design is the super-minimal fox design (see attachment geometric-design-fox.jpg). I would love for our logo to be just as clean, elegant and minimal.

2) The logo FONT also needs to be MINIMAL, ELEGANT and (maybe) square-ish to match the geometric design of the donkey. Something like: Railway, Avenir, Helvetica Neue or Roboto. NO shadows, gradients or 3D effects.

3) We had an idea to utilise an ASS in our company name. :) We wanted to turn it to our advantage by designing a beautiful MINIMAL, FLAT donkey face (just the face, no body or shoulders) to be used as the company Logo/Icon/Symbol. We would like the face to be symmetrical too, if possible. The fewer lines you use, while still maintaining the features of a donkey face - the better, since we want to keep it very clean and flat.

We are also opened to any other suggestions though, if you can come up with something stylish and modern.

All logos have to be vector-based (done in Illustrator) for scalability.
