Again, my Contest will end on Sunday if can find appropriate logo.

I am looking for alot of variety & creativity with the entries I receive, am trying to rank as I receive them, or at least once/twice per day. Trying not to give too many comments, as I don't want to oversteer new entries in any one direction or another, as I am looking for that unique logo that once I see it I will know it is the one. Kinda like a bride when trying on wedding dress. See my 2nd comment for some other ideas as well.

Possible Slogan/Tagline (not incorporated on all items but on some uses) - Applicant Headache Cure? Background Checking Specialists? Applicant Background Checking? - PLEASE SHOW WITHOUT TAGLINE INITIALLY - If I can't tell where one will go, I will ask you to add one with a tagline - Tagline not yet determined --
as I may be expanding Background Checking to incorporate Applicant Tracking as well.

Will want logo with & without .com, as well as with/without slogan - but slogan not finalized yet & may not be for a few weeks.

I will be taking this information, along with text of website to create coordinating materials - utilizing the color boxes from website.
I need to know what the colors are from the psd files for the website too, I don't think I can extract this information with photoshop elements, if someone can please advise of the dark & light colors of each box in the file, 25238-b.jpg, which is also 01-home.psd file. Please LMK this information asap - i.e. are the rgb, pantone, or other colors that these colors match up with?

Some information for Logo concepts:
My Business Card that I will be handing out at conferences I will be attending this fall will be:
A prescription bottle/vial filled with m&m's with a 2x4 label as the "business card" information.
vials using will be "blue" to avoid any confusion with anyone's existing vials they may carry with them, photos are included in the onlinefilefolder for illustration.

At the onlinefilefolder location are some concepts that the local printer came up with for promotional mailers. However, I will also be attaching my ideas on what I would like to do for mailers, brochures (incorporate the color boxes from website too into them), so read the comments in pdf files.

There is one comment about using Rx for the R's in the name as well, as possible logo, so I'd like to see what people can come up with for this.

Examples of Other Industry Logos are shown in the excel file. In addition, you can go to http://www.concernedcras.com for good summary view of other background screening firm logos, as don't want to be accussed of copying any of their designs, in the logo selected.

I'd like to see some more creativity here in regard to graphics.

Here are some creative ideas I haven't yet seen:
I've even suggested Rx for "R's" within the text
Possibly a pill bottle/vial sideways with text within it?

Also, I am hoping that I will be able to expand from Background Checking to add services in regard to Hiring, such as assistance in writing ads for recruitment, indicating recruitment locations, and applicant tracking systems with on-boarding services. I will know for sure on the applicant tracking addition hopefully tomorrow.

Some other ideas I'd like to see:
Another idea - Upper & Lower case all caps for lettering with the "R's being Rx"
Also - outline around the full name, name as if it is in a prescription vial with lid?
And, since focus is on doctors or other higher degreed professionals that I check, wonder if can tie in the "PH" of our name with the "phD" degree?
Just some other thoughts on potential direction to go with some other entries.

I just tried to pull the ones I like the most as of now to the front, in the top 30 or more, so that new entries as they come in can get to the front page for ease of comparison. Will likely do more of this much later today or this evening, as I await ideas. Again, like the creativity.

PRxESCRxIBEHIRxE - where possibly upper & lower case all caps used in fonts?

I may try to scan in & upload old prior logos of Medical Search, of mine & prior owners.

show some options also with just all lowercase, small caps as well. Debating best way to show, especially when I will also use the same font for use in calling out name, and website address on future communications. I will want to know what font is used in the logo & be able to purchase it as well, if not from you, through the appropriate font resell location. Thanks to All so far, looking forward to more.

Will have my husband & others review as well, in the evening, which may result in re-ordering of the rank, after discussions.

Now, I just got what people were trying to do possibly with Pre & Hire being same shade and scribe different. To show that I am doing "pre-hire" screening. Unfortunately, making scribe a different color made it stand out & not the other way around, but maybe shading the "scribe" a lighter shade of same color as "pre" would help to make them stand out as desired?

Another way for last comment, may be to capitalize PRE & HIRE.

Still haven't seen some of my other posted ideas - time for others to still enter today & tomorrow.

Will be asking other professionals later today. May not see some other opinions until Monday.

Also - thinking ahead in terms of if any of the aspects of the logos being designed could become custom icons. In other words, the individual people, symbols, pills/m&ms, etc. be able to become icons for website & other use going forward.

If logo could be animated for future use - may not be able to afford now, but could see potential with some of them to become automated?

I have ranked entries to date, but want to make sure I have a professional logo. I have added the "other_logos_1.pdf" to the online file folder with historical Medical Search Institute logos, the company being re-branded as PrescribeHire for shorter website, ease of memory, as well as illustrations of ones that I have had designed by others in the past for other entities, and then, some I created on my own.

I DO NOT want anything that looks as simplistic or that can tell was done very easily with templates, like those that were created by myself - the puzzle, seminar, stop, shop, save logos.

You can see what I may lean towards myself, but I will be heavily relying on the opinion of some other professionals for their opinion on the logo that they believe screams out as being a background screening firm they can trust, with expertise in medical professional verifications, that if they are the expert for such critical pros, they should be easily trusted with any other potential employee background check.

Still open to other ideas at this late hour. Just going to send email asking others opinions here shortly, that they will get back to me tomorrow morning likely with their thoughts.

Looking for something that will stand out & be instantly recognizable for our expertise.

I extended the contest for two days, to allow myself some additional time to decide, as I will be unable to consult with my husband until after 7:30 pm or later this evening, but regardless will try to decide by tomorrow morning at the latest, in order for logo to make it onto a label that will be printed.
