Thank you all for the early entries, don't forget that our main focus will be on dockside container gantry cranes. Our service provides a early warning system for major breakdowns on the drive system which make up the crane. Mainly we are monitoring the condition on bearings in large electric motors, gear boxes and winches.

The method we use to perofrm that monitoring is by installing continous monitoring tools, which can read vibration, temperature, ultrasonic for changes in sound and electric power changes. All this info is sent wireless to a computer, where software program will record and send out warnings direct to our clients for any changes within set parimiters.
