What We Do
We provide websites and marketing intelligence to help therapists succeed in private practice.
Industry
Internet
Color Preferences
We like vibrant light green, energetic orange-ish, and mid-to-dark grey. Those are just ideas - we're flexible.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
We'd prefer some sort of suggestion of light (light bulb, beam, ambiguous light) - to help convey insight/intelligence. This could be direct or indirect, or even not done if you've got another great idea.
Our biggest competitor is therapysites.com, so I want to be clearly distinguished from them. In comparison, I want ours to look healthy, fresh, energetic.

First entry was a little too cartoonish. If using a bulb, would prefer smaller and more abstract, integrated into the company name. One idea is to have "practice" smaller just above "insites," and an abstract bulb dotting the first I in insites. I look forward to more posts!

About “insite” – has meaning in a few different ways. Obviously “site,” like in website; insight, as in self-knowledge, or clear or deep perception of a situation; an understanding that sheds light on or helps solve a problem. Also: “incite”, to provoke, inspire, activate, encourage, prompt action. – so with all of these, there are different kinds of lighting, illuminating, sparking…

Some designs/ideas I like (okay, I’m a sucker for green!):
https://logotournament.com/contests
/mygreenlife/by/likar - #394-397
/mygreenlife/by/maxk - #241-242
/green_lantern_industries_aka_green_lantern/by/melisari – 13, 47, 56

Green, simple, somewhat delicate/feminine. Add some orange and some energy (and light), and you've got practice insites!

Some general feedback/info:
- "Insites" is more important than "Practice", because it describes what we do/differentiator (we are a website company/give marketing insights), while "Practice" describes our niche (private practice therapists).
- If graphic is on the left, I like Practice on top of Insites instead of next to it.
- Color: I'm really drawn to green, orange and gray.

Excellent work!

Hi,

I decided to give you some help about how ranking system works here.

Quote:

How to Rank and Thank Designers: When it comes time for final rankings, designers appreciate when you choose the top three CONCEPTS (as opposed to variations of the same design) for the gold, silver and bronze awards. If you want to rank two different concepts by the same designer in the top three, that's fine.
Also, rank as many entries as possible, because designers get points added to their overall site standing for each blue ribbon they get.

This is how points are distributed:

1st place - 50 points
2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points

After that, each ranked entry gets one point for the designer. Nobody will be insulted by being ranked last, the points are still good! So if you pull some entries out of the "Not Interested" group and give them a rank, the designer gets some benefit from entering your contest. Besides some of the designers here worked really hard.

Hope that's helpful, lots of contest holders don't realize this and most are glad to know. It's a good way to thank designers who don't win the contest prize, but who worked very hard to offer you lots of options to choose from for a great logo. "

Thank you very much in advance,
Angelina
