The P with the lines gives the power. The number two which turns into an arrow explains the job of the company, which is to coach/give direction. The words italicized creates an effect of movement, the job will get done.

#5 I like how you added power lines, have you tried them in red as well? Maybe Power should be solid non-italic (solid Power for your improvement)? Conceptually the arrow should be pointing upwards, right?

I added one with the POWER italicized and one not. I think the italicized gives more power. What do you think?

Thanks for your ellaboration. I think #21 is the best of your series so far. I would suggest to use bold and sturdy for power (think: solid). To prevent making it overly massive you could use something like e.g. #3?

#24 and #25 are interesting because of the arrow and 2. Maybe you can use a smaller 2 and an arrow in #21?

Saying this I think it would be nice to have an arrow coming out of the (upperleft) of the 2, going down behind Power (i.e. get power to...) and curling back up to improve. So as to show that our Power gets you from down to up (improve). And you could slightly tilt Improve upwards. Maybe even use increasing size for the Improve word?
