#3 (and #4) I like the concept, but for the "Improve" being lower than "power". Conceptually it is more in line if our Power is the base (thus lower than) of what they Improve. With the colors you emphasize the "2", where I would like some more focus on the Improve part. Also, maybe it works if the logo is tilted so that it itself looks like lightning that goed lower left to upper right?
