Farfi, thank you for your early entries! It's late here and was just about to go to bed, but some quick comments on 2 designs that really caught my attention. More comments on a couple others tomorrow AM. Just so you know time different we are on I am in the Eastern Time Zone in the US. At time of this response it is 10:55pm EST.

#4 This is probably my favorite of all 8. Good use of logo provided but revising it's relationship with type. I like the integration of the PMC type, with logo, with "communications". I'm not sure what I would even change about this one :)

#5 Try putting the logo at the end vs. beginning. I know that's not normally what you see, but this way it still reads PMC first, then Communications second. Not sure you will need the vertical line at that point.

Is there any difference between #27 and #4? I can not find any differences and I think it's the same logo.
I also like your revision on entry #26 with logo on end but integrated into type. #4 and #26 are two very strong entries and nice incorporation of the existing logo. Still making it look part of a family of companies but it's own style without changing logo too much. What color is "communications"? I would like to keep to a 2C logo.
I'm going to keep a few of these for rankings and move other to "like others better" column.

Between #27 and #4 just the color of communications,
the color of communic. in entry #4 and #26 is gray,
if you want more effect color ( more web 2.0 ) please let me know,

Boy, you are making this tough. I like a lot of your variations. I have grouped them currently under Ranking so I get get similar logos side by side and choose whether I like san serif or serif typefaces with certain concepts.
Stick with gray, purple or black for any colors for now so I don't get so many versions with multiple colors. I look at layout/concept first, we can always apply color differently when we are down to a few of the top logos. I wish I could just stop the "open" contest right now and select 3 designers to finish this off with that have had the best ideas. You are definitely one of them.

#74, #75, #76 don't do a lot for me. The added element doesn't do much to add and more of a distraction, especially in #75 when elements happening on both sides.

Could you do #65 with the serif face? Communications in gray for now.

used #113 to replace #34, I agree it works better for that composition with the logo. I read it better as an "m".

Ok, lets get a head start on the Top 5 phase. Taking #4 over #31 and #112
In #113 is communications in gray? On my monitor it looks like a blue/gray or almost teal color. #4 looks more gray to me.

Can I see #4 exactly as laid out as follows:
1. put communications in PMS 2613
2. show what this logo would look like on a completely black background if it retained it's colors vs reversing totally white which is always an option.

For #113:
1. Is communications gray or another color?
2. Can I also see communications in black?
3. What would this logo look like on a totally black background?

Thank you for your submissions. The #1 and #2 logos are close all along. After providing the top 3 designs to a couple people they opted for #134. I would like to keep both your logos in #2 and #3 position, but it's not allowing me to do so; therefore, I need to move #149 to 4th...but didn't want to.

Thank you for your time, submissions and continued communication. Lots of designers are not as communicative as yourself ;)
